About ELEVATE
ELEVATE is an award-winning youth mentoring programme which has received Royal Recognition for supporting thousands of young people during the pandemic.
We aim to equip young people from disadvantaged & underprivileged backgrounds with the skills, knowledge and experiences needed for the world of work, further and higher education. Programme content includes: Finding my WHY, Money Mindset, Skills for Work, Personal Branding, Building a Digital Profile, Growth Mindset & Resilience, Networking Skills, Interview Skills, CV Skills & Careers.

We partner with Primary & Secondary Schools, Sixth Forms and Universities across the UK. We also have an international presence, working with schools across Africa.
We currently have three programmes:
ELEVATE Core (8-10 Workshops and 1-2-1 Mentoring)
ELEVATE Lite (4-6 Workshops and optional 1-2-1 Mentoring)
ELEVATE Breakfast Club (Weekly Group Mentoring)

We aim to improve the academic achievement, self-esteem, social competence of young people by providing opportunities to access positive role models who support youth achieve their potential.
