Meet The Team

Trevor Gomes BEM, BCAe is the Founder & CEO of ELEVATE. Trevor founded ELEVATE in 2019 & has since been recognised at local and national levels for his work in supporting young people.

India joined ELEVATE in 2022 as 'Director of Marketing'. India also supports with content creation and delivery of workshops, leading ELEVATE at one of our partner schools. 

Chris joined ELEVATE in 2024. Alongside leading workshop delivery, Chris also supports with 121 mentoring. Chris also supports with our strategy and partnership work-streams.

Nana joined ELEVATE in 2023. Nana is an experienced senior leader who's worked for various companies including NHS & Pecan. Nana leads the partnership space at ELEVATE.

Lewis joined ELEVATE in 2021 and has several roles including Director of Partnerships & Head of Programme. Most recently, Lewis was appointed Managing Director of ELEVATE. Lewis has been recognised by British Citizen Awards for his impact.

Ella joined ELEVATE in 2023. As strategy director, Ella is key to shaping our organisational strategy as well as being Chair of our Youth Board Commitee. Ella also leads programme delivery.

As 'Lead Youth Mentor' Ala supports with the delivery of workshops and 1-2-1 mentoring across all our programmes. Ala is also responsible for leading our brand new nationwide youth recognition programme.

Nicholas has been Director of Social Impact since 2022, with his previous role as Director of Partnerships. Nicholas is responsible for ensuring we maximise our impact on the communities we serve.

Lindsey joined ELEVATE in 2020 and leads ELEVATE at one of our partner academic institutions. After two years as 'Director of People'; Lindsey in early 2022 has moved roles to our 'Director of Strategy', with a key focus on how we can grow our impact.
